The Jeugdsjoel helped out when Spaces (international poetry community based in Gro) needed a place to rehearse for an art event! They let us use their space which helped with organization a lot. The community is also somewhere people can go to for help, or to borrow/ take supplies and clothes. They have already helped people and will help any more if they can keep their space. They are even on good terms with the neighborhood cats!
P.S. When I visited there were some skateboards around and I tried my luck with one. Everyone there was very supportive of my sad sad attempts to do a trick. It's truly a safe space.
