Sjoel is a welcoming and safe place for people, especially for those in need. I found that Sjoel always is a place where one can find some funny jokes, some warm hugs, some good food. You can find a lot of the things one might need to smile. Sjoel like a little patch of clear blue sky among the clouds. You can find one of the best kitchens staffed with amazing chefs and sometimes live music from a jam. It's so safe that I sometimes come there when I feel overwhelmed, just to get some peace of mind. Their garden really helps with that. Each time I visit it I can see more work and love put into it, just like in the entire house. I can clearly see that for the people there this is not a shelter, but a home. I am also grateful because the love they put in their home also goes back to the community.
